Seal C of E Primary School, part of The Inspire Academy Movement, is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join our nurturing and forward-thinking team.

This position is for September 2025 but we can be flexible with an earlier start date. The hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-3:30pm, term time only plus INSET days.

The Inspire Academy Movement recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time off work to share special occasions. Staff are given a paid day off to attend special family events such as church services or their childs sports day.
We believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. Teachers are given an additional release day each term to complete medium term planning for the following term.
